Do you know anything about them? I had a payday loan from them I mean I'm not gonna go to jail or anything right ? I'm trying to get it paid back and stuff but it will take time

No one can send anyone to jail unless the crime is against the federal laws. Not able to pay the debt is not a federal crime. Legal actions can happen only in a civil court.

The company must have a legal stand before filing a case against you. Get the copy of your loan account and review the charges added in it. Send the payments you can afford so that possibilities of legal actions get stopped.

so what's up with this L.T.S Mangement....I actually had someone call me, wanting me to work there???? Is this a bad company???

Yes, this is a bad company. They are nothing more than scam artists. I would not work there if I were you.

They are not scam artists, I have had great dealings with them. PAY BACK YOUR LOAN and they won't feel like scammers... Ever notice the only ones complaining are the ones WHO CAN"T PAY BACK WHAT THEY BORROWED!!!!????? :lol:

They are annoying as heck, I had a $300 loan paid it back and now they are trying to collect an additional $270 from me stating that it is for extension fees and interest is this legal. Just today they called me on my job threatening me with employment verification I asked them not to harass me on my job..............What can I do?
