Ok, we've had threads similar to this in the past, and I think it's time for another one. We have a lot of new people around, and the new people don't know us old people, and we old people don't know the new people and----Ok, I ramble..hehe

Ok..
**Step one**

I'm Jessi. I work in sales. I used to sell mattresses, but I just started a new job selling travel for Priceline. It's a job. :) I love sales though. It's what I do.

I recovered from the PDL cycle this year. I did it on my own, and it was tough. But it can be done, and I'm proof of it.

I spend way too much time on the internet.

I really like cake. And cookies. Actually, just about any food. :) But I won't eat meat with bones in it, or seafood. That's just gross. But I don't care if SOMEONE else likes to eat it. But I won't do it. :)

**Step two** Someone ask me a question, and do step number one. Then it will be someone else's turn to ask YOU a question, and so on! :)

Ok, So I made this game up...It should be interesting.

Hey Everyone I guess I will join. Question for Finsfan, Would it be your lifelong dream to meet Dan Marino? Step 2 Hey Everybody my name is Linda I am from a little hick town in WV. I am completly payday loan free. YAH!!! I am married have two kids and basically live a pretty boring life. My oldest son is going to college this fall. I am so proud. 4.267 average and the winner of 9 scholarships. My youngest is in 3rd grade. Before any of you ask yes by the same marriage...HAHA. I absolutely love this website it is so helpful. I only wish I had the knowledge to help everyone here. KYSIDE38

OMG...Kyside, yes, it would be my dream. I have a very extensive Marino collection, and that is the reason for the 13 after my screen name!! My car license plate says "13DAN13" and on my lower back I have a tattoo of the dolphin(my avatar) with a number 13 on the tip of the tail...When I was a kid I had a crush on him, now I think he's the greatest ever.

Here's a question for you...What's the most romantic thing your husband has ever done for you?

Hey FinsFan, I guess this question took a lot of thought. No, I have been in hospital. Went into a diabetic coma . A doctor gave me some medicine that reacted with my insulin. My husband is very quite not mister romantic. But I would have to say sitting by my bedside during back surgey when I was acting like someone from the exocrist. HAHA. That takes dedication. I have a starting lineup figure of Dan Marino. My husband and son are football fanatics. KYSIDE38

My name is Brittany. I live in Sturgis, KY. Have a one year old boy and a 12 year old stepson. Life is good right now. Almost done with my bachelor's degree. I am 28 by the way. I have worked and gone to school since I got out of high school. Hopefully, I'll be starting a new job soon. My husband is a farmer. We are like Yin/Yang, but it works out. I really enjoy this forum. It's a good support system.

I guess I will jump in here. My name is Tammy and I live in Tennessee. I have 3 girls and 1 boy. I am going to take online courses this fall for paralegal studies. I am a huge fan of football and a Nascar freak. My favorite Formula One driver is coming to Nascar next season and I can't wait. I found this site while searching for info on Ellis Crosby and have been here since November and have learned a lot and continue to learn more and more everyday. I agree whole heartly with Gallopy that this site is a good support system. No one is judged here and we all have fun.

My turn! I'm Ari, a transplant from Rockland, Massachusetts to Pensacola, Florida. I just recieved my BBA and am looking to move beyond what I am currently doing for work, for I have the blood pressure levels of a 65-year-old, overweight, chain smoking Air Traffic Controller.

I'm 26 and very happily married for a little over two years now, when I'm not working, I love exercising and watching cult classics that include Star Wars and Monty Python.

I'm also a benevolent ex-collector, so when current junk debt collectors log on to give us crap, I'm the first to send them buggering off!

That's a lot of furries, Cryo. :)

I just have Bo, my longhair cat...I'm pretty sure he's part something else...This cat is HUGE...I always say he's part goat because he's so furry and sometimes when he's acting pitiful because he only gets to eat whenever he wants to he meows and it sounds kind of like a goat..lol

And I have Bell...She's a miniature chiahuhua. She's black and white...And has crooked teeth..lol The breeder couldn't sell her because of that, so we got her for free.

I had a third, Barney, who was a beagle/corgi mix..But we just put her to sleep at the beginning of June. :)

Cryo-sorry to hear about your wife, hope she's doing better. As for your babies,I know what you mean, animals have always held a soft part of my heart.Im a staunch animal activist, have called animal aid on my neighbors when they didn't leave water or shelter for their animals. Also called when I saw a neighbor whip his poor dog, hard.Luckily they got there before I had a chance to :D ...Karen

I got in some trouble one time when i was younger. I saw a guy walking down the street kicking a 8-month old puppy that he was walking. Supposedly so the pup could goto the bathroom but its kinda hard to goto the bathroom when someone is practically dragging you. I decided that the pup needed help and showed the guy exactly what it felt like. I ended up spending two days in jail but i figure it was worth it. lol :) I can't even begin to imagine what my life would be like w/o my babies. And my wife is doing better. she's going to be having surgery in Oct for the tear.

Cryo,
I hope your wife is feeling better..That's a very common football injury, and I've always thought it must HURT!!!
You have a lot of animals!! I have a few of my own...
(They're all named after football players, sorry..)
I have an american bulldog, Howie...A Persian cat, L.T, that we found..A tiger cat, Marino, and a corn snake named Ken.

So here's a question for you...What is your absolute favorite type of dog?

Cryo-good to hear about your wife-best of luck to her. I think I would be willing to spend time in jail just to get those people who abuse animals! Although, alot of my clients are in jail and prison, some of whom I had to testify aginst-so maybe I better not go to jail after all  ...Karen

LOL I got lucky enough to get the court to expunge my jail and criminal record for this. What makes it even more fun is that i worked as a Correctional Officer for a while too. Which I find kinda ironic.

Fins Back when I was a CO we had to do a cell extraction and I ended up with a torn meniscus and a torn MCL. Or as I told my Lt. a "ManyCuss". lol And just for the record YES THEY DO!!!!! :) But on the plus side the surgery wasn't bad. As for my favorite type of dog. I'm not sure anymore, I've always been partial to Shepards but after raising wolves and having wee babies too I would have to say that I'm more "equal opportunity" now lol I know thats kinda vague and all but thats he best i can do for now. Or to quote my aunt "I like any kind of dog as long as it's not biting me"

Well here I am finally!
I'm a gorgeous 40 something nurse(but i really feel 20!)that works the dreaded graveyard shift. (but I kinda like it..there's something to be said about us vampires!lol)
I'm a dedicated ICU nurse of 12 years and currently working on my BSN then going on to my Masters in Anesthesia next year.
I live in beautiful Southwest Florida, originally from Buffalo (can you say "snow"?) and I also have several fur-babies...Ginger, my "too smart for herself" australian shepherd...and 2 Himalayans, Jezebel and Jasmine..then there's my fatty, stray I rescued..the little lover..Jewel!
I love to dance, garden, and a fabulous cook! I'm spiritual not religious. I do yoga and meditate.
There's nothing better than curling up with a good murder mystery, or on a sunny day you can catch me at the pool, even better..the beach!
I'm single and loving it..no kids, and a 10 year Ovarian Cancer survivor!
As far as payday loans..Peeeeeshawwww!!!!! Wiped those out too! I'm saving money now for a house I'd like to buy in the next year.

Ok, here's a questions for Ari: Would you ever go back to your collectors job?
