In my opinion, this advice can be put in a better way. If you have a loan from the company in the first place, you need to pay it. It is important that the lending company must follow the state laws and the permissible interest caps towards the loan account. If the company is violating the state laws, complaints must be sent to the attorney general's office for immediate actions. Remember, you have taken the loan in the first place and you can't escape without paying it. Otherwise, you might come under legal troubles.
