My husband really needs help with payday loans, he has 5 pay day loans out, we have three kids and im unemployed right now, he gets paid twice a month, and we can not seem to pay any other bills except payday loans, and they are killing us, we live in missouri is there any way we can just change our checking account, and try to pay them alittle at a time, or is there some kind of help out there to help us out? please any advice.....

If you don't talk with your lenders and explain the situation, they will not understand anything about you and your payment efforts. Most of the store front lenders are easier to work with than internet payday loan lenders. You have to make your move and offer your payment proposals. I am sure you will get some arrangements worked out. Most of us have gone through this, including myself. I have been able to arrange my payoffs with the lenders and they are accepting payments from me without problems. You should also give a try.

It doesn't hurt to try and the worst thing they will do is say no. They want to get their money and you want to pay it back. Most are willing to work something out so that both parties are happy. I went through the same thing when I had to default. Some worked with me, others did not and sent me to collections. Also, you should register on this site and talk to one of the counselors. They will be able to help guide you down the correct path for your particular situation.

People have posted their responses about the consolidation companies. Browse the various threads and you will make a better decision. Wait for the counselor to call you and discuss on your debt accounts. He will analyze your financial situation and frame the best possible repayments. It will be helpful
