Zenith Acquisition Corp - Where do I find their contact information?

I need to know how i would go about try to get in touch with the Zenith Acquisition collection Agency. i'm hoping that you will be able to help me out with that. thank you


This company has a convicted felon as there office manager, zenith acq is under invistagation for discrimination and retaliation violation under the eeoc rules.there office manager roberto riveria is the convicted felon that runs there entire collection dept,when dave paris purchased debt from companys like wells fargo,ge capitol one, he was suppose do a background check on all employees that was in his collection dept well he didnt include roberto riveria in any of the background checks so he frauded on the original contract so he can obtain the debt call him and ask him is this what happened. You need to send a detailed (answer the who, what, why, where, when, etc) dispute letter to the credit bureau it was reported to. The credit bureau will, in turn, contact Zenith. If you don't receive a response within 30 days, the credit bureau has to remove it from your record.

I contacted them after hours my phone# showed up on their caller ID so when they called me back the next morning I told the lady I had gotten the info I needed but ask her for the fax# she gave it to me and it did work. So I sent a Cease & Desist notice via the fax to stop all contact via phone and the mail so I don't hear from them anymore.

I called them after business hours and my phone # showed up on their caller ID so they called me back the next morning, I told the lady I had gotten the information already and needed their fax # she gave me FAX# 716-639-0505 and it worked. I faxed a CEASE and DESIST notice to stop all contact via mail and phone I have never heard from them again.

Their phone # is the #'s listed as their previous fax # 716-213-0680 and (0681)

They are calling me non-stop but haven't posted anything negative on my credit report other than a notation that they pulled it over a year ago. (I'm assuming when the bought this "debt"?) Anyway, as they aren't reporting an actual delinquent account, should I still deal with them? I've sent them a letter asking for validation and gotten no response. My husband says not to answer their calls, and ONLY deal with them in writing, but if they haven't posted anything on my CR does it matter if I talk to them? I think the debt they are calling about is time-barred but I'm not 100% sure so I want to tread lightly.
