1st letter sent

Well, I took the plunge, I sent my first letter out with all the Virginia state regulatory codes listed....why am I nervous...the worst they could do is ignore it, I also emailed a copy to the branch manager at my bank, she is aware of what has been going on and said she would do whatever she could to help. She knows a couple of members on the board of Financial Institutions for Virginia and said something must be done to govern all payday lenders.....I agree

Great Fedex, don't feel nervous. Instead the lenders violating the laws need to be. Besides, you have the backing of your bank. She will help you all through out because she knows things better. Just relax and share the outcome with us. I hope you will get positive results.

Thanks !! I guess I shouldn't be nervous but I feel like the fly taking on the giant fly swat. I am placing a call tomorrow to T&C and seeing if they can handle my accounts. They will probably be better able to get results than I can on my own.
