Does anyone have contact information for B&L Marketing? That is how the withdraw comes from my account, but I have no idea where to find an 800# for them.

I am a new member as of yesterday, and I have to add this website is so helpful and encouraging! Good luck to everyone!

I found this thread for you from another member

Their number is 1-866-656-1136 and the fax number is 1-866-370-7045. The key is they will continue to debt your account until you fax them a written statment with your intention to pay down or pay out. Hope this helps.

Take the help of your bank and dispute the item with the company. Does the company have your authorization for these debits? If they cannot verify the transaction, the excess amount needs to be reverted back.

There are a lot of payday loan companies out there that have the option of paying the loan off in incriments set up by the company's own website. Unfortunatelu B&L Marketing does not provide this service, thereby robbing the public. BE AWARE!

I also stopped payment after they deducted 4 payments of 75.00 each for a total of 300.00. Now a firm hired by B&L is calling wanting another 655.00 and threatening criminal prosecution all this for a 250.00 loan. It's obvious who the crooks are. Does anyone know if I need an atttorny ? BEWARE!!!!

I too have been robbed by B&L Marketing, who continued to take a fee of $90.00 from my account. I contacted my bank, but they were unable to provide a telephone number. A firm has also contacted me demanding over $700 and threatening prosecution, as well. Who protects the consumer in this type of deception?

Talk to your attorney generals office and see what they suggest. Odds are that this company is not licensed in your state and they will go after them. Also see who does your payday/small loans licensing for your state and contact them. They can offer you suggestions on how to deal with them. They can also go after the company and fine them for doing business illegally in your state.

Great to know all of this. I was looking for their number too and now I am worried. I found it from this web site. I hope I don't run into the same problems. I think you have to fax them and tell them to debt the whole amount and not just the refiance fee. Don't just close your bank account. Keep your documents that you faxed to them requesting they debt the full amount. Once they do that then if they continue to take money out they do not have authorization then you can in turn close your account and sue them. Just make sure you are fullfilling the contract.

I had a $300 loan thru this company. They charged me many $90 fees on dates that I did not authorize them to debit from my account. Instead of paying the loan back, I filed a claim with my bank saying all the charges were fraudulent. My bank returned the original loan amount of $300 to the company and then gave me back all the $90 fees to my account. I then closed my account because B&L tried to pull out all those $90 fees without my authorization. B&L came up with an erroneous balance that I owed them and this went to a 3rd party collection agency. In time I disputed these charges saying they were all fraudulent and it was wiped off my credit report. Really there was no way they could prove I owed them that money. And don't listen to attorney's scare tactics because that's all they are.

Thanks for the number on how to reach this company, because they don't have a direct website. They debit my checking account $75.00 every 2 weeks and I am going broke trying to keep up with their payments and my other bills. I wanted to set up to pay just $50 a month until the loan was paid off, but they said that they couldn't do that. Has anyone else had this problem?

their phone # is 866 656 1136 / fax 866 370 7045. The only way to clear the debt is to send them an email to blmservices@earthlink.net advising them how on how you want to handle the debt. Be aware of your due date and ensure you contact them a minimum of 3 days prior to the deduction date. I would send the email way before the due date and call 3 days before to ensure the email was received and the request was processed correctly. Unfortunately, you can not make arrangements over the phone. It must be in writing via fax or email. You can however, speak to someone in their accounting department. Note that whenever you make a payment your principal balance will be reduced along with the fees for the loan that are being deducted. The continuous fees that are being deducted are the refinance or renewal fees for the loan / unpaid balance. If you pay on the loan the refi fees will be reduced by $15. The key is to pay the loan off as fast as possible. pay the loan in increments of $50 and you will see a difference.

I just received another call from Faye Thomas from Jackson Phillips and Associates. She left a message on my cell phone that said "I wish you all the luck because you are going to need it". Then she called my work. My receptionist is screening my call because I have told her what is going on with this company. When my receptionist asked her if this was a personal business matter, she responded with "Are you just a receptionist" "You sure are a nosy one!"....What do I do??? How do I make her stop calling me??? Are we sure that they cannot have me arrested??

I see that someone wrote about how they like B&L marketing. I must say I'm not too happy with them at all. For almost three years they have been taking money continuously out of my account(over 2k) for just $300 that was borrowed from them. Thats a lot of money that you can't even get back. They are one of the worse payday loan company I have ever seen. After finding this site we were able to call them and cancel it. IT wasn't easy at all.

I have some of the same problems years ago, with some of these cash loan companies. What everyone need to do if you have a problem with unauthorized cash deduction from your account is to contact the Bureau of Collection in your state and file a compliant, they are the goverment agency that give business license to these cash loan companies to run business. When these companies keep calling you, when you done nothing wrong. If enough people call in and complaint they will start an investigation on these company. Also file a complaint with the FTC the Federal Trades Commission they will get right on it as they did for me. They closed down a cash loan company where is stay, I received my money back. If you don't contact these Goverment agencies they will never know what's going on. So everyone call write or do what every it takes to complain about the cash loan companies to the FTC and complaint. I guarantee you they will assign an goverment attorney to go after these companies. They have been getting complaints they need more to stop them. So everyone let close down the cash loan companies that do us wrong.

I have been using payday loans periodically for the past 5 or 6 years and have been scammed twice. I recently started using a company called 123cashnet.com and have never been so pleased. They give you an agreement in writing that includes their phone number, website, and address, and they always call and email you before making any debit on your account. The problem isn't with payday loan companies, it's with using the wrong ones.

They have taken $600.00 dollars from my account for a $300.00 dollar loan. They sent me an email telling me my balance was $480.00 dollars after they got the $600.00 from my account. Don't get a dime from these crooks. I will not give them another penny no matter what they say or do.

I have had the worse experience dealing with the following company (s) B&L marketing , DJR Group , and their ( REP ) can not' - or will not answer your question, if you should be so lucky to talk with someone.
Tip # 1 make certain that you receive a contract that spell every thing out to you regarding their fee's .
TIP # 2 when the (REP) call you ask for the name of the company that your are dealing with.
TIP # 3 if you apply for a loan via the internet be very carefull of this because there a good chance that may get approved by Two different company (s) .
TIP # 4 Be carefull of the collection agency called. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE TECHNOLOGIES they are very unprofessional and have little or no knowledge the loan company that they represent.
So be very carefull of the two company this legal sha locking at it best and i think it time these two become hight lite for their bad practices here in the state of maryland i will be reporting my experience to a GOV AGENCY

first of all no company would send u to collections without trying to collect from u themselves...there would be no point in that because they lose money when goes to collections...secondly people here should be advising people to not accept money if u do not know where it came from because you are responsible for it isnt free...also be careful about ur banks because sometimes they will send these company info incorrect info...like ur account is closed or frozen...and then they will def forward to collections...i had a bad experience previously with something like that...i have had good and not so good experiences...but NEVER accept money that isnt the company u originally spoke with because...well that is crazy...and make sure that if u are going to report a company to attorney general that...u are complaining against the right company and are 100% truthful because that will blow up in ur face BIG TIME!!
