How long Rio takes to respond?

I heard back from them within 2 or 3 days, I got my refund within a week.

I heard back from them within 24 hours and had my refund a week later. Oh just so you know take your refund check ten miles away to a grocery store so they cannot get their hands on your new acct #!

Absolutely!!! I took mine to a nasty little liquor store on the south side of town. You're asking for trouble if you cash it at the bank.

Girl I took mine straight to the hood! Sam's on Eastern and Sherman. That is so hood you probably don't know where that is! lol The guy only charged me 2 bucks to cash it:)

LOL, I had a boyfriend that lived on Wilson...He used to go to some DIVE and pay his phone bill like every 3 months. I don't remember where it was or what it was called, but I rememebr it was FILTHY, the check cashing/payment station was in the back of the store, and the floors caved in.

Wilson is in Grandville...that ain't hood!LOL

Hmmm, well its been over 24 hours, if I don't hear from them by tomorrow I will resend it when I also send it to the Attorney Generals office. If they givfe me the refund or any that I asked for, thats a good idea, I have a [place on my delivery route that will cash a check, he will charge 5 bucks but thats fine haha, if I go to the small hood on the route with a 400+ check, I might not come out in one piece lol.

My refund which shockingly they offered to me (I was surprised) was only 60 bucks, so I figured it safe to go in the hood. I am over 6 ft tall. People don't usually mess with me:)

Polly, I wish I could have a bit of your height. According to the Dr I am 5 foot 1 inch and 3/4ths..So I can tell people I'm 5 foot 2!! It's a tall person's world.

LOL but you can hem them! My mom used to sew all sorts of awful lace and other extensions on the bottom of my pants when I was a kid!

I hate the way hemmed pants look. For me the hems would be like 10 inches. Let me tell you what really sucks..My husband is 6 foot 5..He has the longest torso in the world, his inseam is only 32, if that says anything. So I have to order all of his shirts from Lands' end and L.L Bean. Yeah, that's cheap. I can't go to a Big and Tall store because for some reason they always think tall=fat.

I emailed it, and did again about 20 mins ago, I can print it out and fax it at work tomorrow, my manager knows whats going on and is being very supportive. She actually had a few pdl's a couple of years ago and she totally knows how they can suck the life out of you.

You can do a search on this forum for the payday lenders you have, several have posted email addresses they have used to contact them

ms tamea- have you tried sending them a copy by fax and requesting an email response w/in 24 hours? I did that as well as mail, and got pretty quick responses.
