Okay I recieved my first phone call today from 1-888-339-6669 from a lady named Margie. She said my account with 500 fast cash was sent to collections. I told her I would need to call her back and she said I had 24 hours to get back to her. Now my question is this 500 fast cash calling or do I know need to send a letter to the collection place. I guess I should have asked what company she was calling from.

Okay I did a search with the phone number 888-339-6669 and came up with this link and document. It's kind of wierd

So I am assuming that this is JM Roberts. I will do a search on them. However the address listed is the same for 500 fast cash and United Loans. Sooooooo I think I will send an email to the customer service and see what happens. What are your thoughts?

Either way, you should request a debt validation letter from her or whatever person you end up speaking with when you call back, and get the companys name, the persons name, and whatever address they'll give you. Are you trying to make payment arrangements, add the loan to consolidation, or have the account marked as paid in full?
