I am trying to send this firm a cease and desist letter...I sent one via overnight, return receipt requested, and so far they have not been available to receive the letter, per the USPS. So, I would like to fax them the letter, but I have been unable to find a fax number anywhere. Does anyone have a fax number for Thomas K. Bamford, 1201 Richardson Drive, Suite 201, Dallas, TX 75083? Good for you! Now you can send the cease and desist letter through certified mail with return receipt requested. And keep a copy documented in your file for records. The lawyers must stop contacting you after receiving your letter. If they try to place a contact, it will result one of the fdcpa violations and you can take legal actions against them.
