She left me a message on 7/13/06 and I did call her back but that conversation didn't go anywhere. Then I believe she tried to call again on 7/14/06 from a restricted number again, but DID NOT leave a message. Then she called today 7/17/06 and leaves me a message stating she has left me several messages and she really needs to talk to me regarding a legal matter and wished me Good Luck again. How does she figure she has left me several messages when I've only gotten two and the first one I returned her call.
This message she did leave her name of Megan Pleviok and left the number of 866-900-7694. The first message she left the 904 numbers as shown in the above link. I did manage to figure out how to block unavailable numbers from my cell phone, but it only sends them straight to voicemail...I wished it just blocked them period.

I wonder what they are talking about. Stand strong when you make a call to them. You have not been doing anything wrong since Pre-litigation has been violating many consumer rights. Do you have an attorney giving you a legal cover?
No Attorney, can't afford one
I don't have an attorney and I know that prelitigations has at least two of my PDL accounts. I've already filed a complaint with the Attorney General and FTC in regards to the first time they contacted me two months ago.
They are trying to collect on my Platinum B account and now they just got my Arrowhead Investments account.

Do you have all the proof in writing showing that Prelitigation failed to validate your debt? I guess this can be your important document to prove out your facts. Jeez! They got another account of you. Try to get the matter sorted out with Arrowhead Investments if it helps.
