they are a shady company i worked for them,.....half the time they do something illegal to try and scare you..like threaten.....it is not taught to do so..but "team members" tell you out of training and most practice that!!! if they do not say that they are a debt collector or the dc/mm or if the mail you more than 1 letter a month or call after you tell them not too..you can get them in trouble!!!

I am having a bad mood at present because of the comments posted by another collector in the previous threads. He has been so rude and wild on people. It makes me believe that people who work there belong to them and when they are out of their office, they are the first ones to curse their office. Guest, nothing personal, don' take it the other way.
