Credit Card Consolidation

I have a friend who is in the process of trying to get their credit cards consolidated. Right now their interest rate is 21% and I believe the amount owe is around 15 grand. Can you guide me to a place that reputable and with the BBB that can help my friend to get their interest rate lower and the amount owe reduced as well. Greatly appreciated.


Ask your friend to take the free consultation of this website. The counselor from his area will call him up and suggest good repayment plans. If he feels comfortable, he can get started. Most of the consolidation companies can negotiate with the credit companies for a reduced interest rate. My experience with the counselor has been pretty good enough. I was paying a high interest of up to 25% which gradually got reduced to 12% I hope to become debt free by the end of next year.

There is also a ranking chart giving out the names of the consolidation companies in your area. Check this one for the one having a good feedback from the people. You can also put a search on them in the BBB and the local AG's office if there are any complaints against them.
