Will we be able to resovle the $$ issues by Aug 9 as I have to go to court for one of the 8-9 credit card I owe. If they garnish my wages I will not be able to pay any of my other bills and will only get worse til it is paid.

However, your wages cannot be garnished in certain cases like the following:

If your disposable income is less than $170 per week, your garnishment is exempted.

If your disposable income is more than $170 per week, then 25% of your wages can only be garnished.
