Well MyCashNow/CreditProtectionDepot has started sending the nasty emails. I have an outstanding balance of 395 Principle with them. However after reviewing my previous 12 loans with them and the fees (which are above va allowed) and rollovers and the fact they have no license to operate/loan to va resdients, I sent them one back based on Pollys letter (thanks for all that great info) and have offered to settle with them with a paid in full status. After adding up the fees from the 12 loans plus half of this one...they have more than made their money back and still gotten a hefty profit.
I also sent the email to the Ag's office and the Bureau of Financial Instutions office. I am nervous in a way dealing with them, their letter sounded very harsh. A copy of it was sent to the Ag's office as well.
Keep your finges crossed.

Keep your hopes alive. These loan companies doing unfair actions
Keep your hopes alive. These loan companies doing unfair actions cannot escape the laws. They will start doing legal practices once the large number of complaints is processed against them by the legal authorities.
