I have credit card, collections debt

I have credit card, collections debt and I cant open a checking account, because I owe money to banks. I want some one to work with me so I can open a checking account with in the next few months, that is the debt I want paid off first? Do I have that kind of control, or are you going to tell me that you will only work with the credit card companys first.

You are free to choose those accounts in the consolidation program to which you give the maximum priority. Explain everything to the consultant and he will design your repayment plans. Later, when these accounts get paid off, you can include the next set of debts in the plan. Talk to a counselor who will be calling you up perhaps, within tomorrow. He will guide you in the right direction. My consultant is quite flexible while working with me. So, you won't have a problem too.
