Ellis crosby update?

Seeing the silence from the AG's office of Florida, it makes me believe that they are not filing any actions against them. Last year, the calls of Ellis Crosby were everywhere. Every second house in the US was being called by this company. This made the govt to fasten their belts and stop them from doing any further illegal activities. But now, Ellis is not in the picture anymore. Now, there are not many complaints against them. This makes me feel that the Florida AG has also slowed down their actions and might be having a cup of coffee peacefully. Otherwise, their must had been an update in their site.

Has any one heard anything about the Ellis & Crosby law suit and if anything new has occurred. I thought this was suppose to be in court back a while ago but I have heard nothing.

Any updates would be appreciated.

This is unconfirmed, but supposedly filed for bankruptcy. Unfortunately I heard they are now doing business as Bass & Associates. Aren't we all lucky!

I haven't heard anything after I sent the affidavit back to them about the harassment and threats we received.

So in other words, there is no conquence to their illegal activity. EC knows how to skirt around the law and FL isn't or can't do anything to actually protect the victims.

Just wanted to see if anyone got any updates on that law suit that was filed by the Attorney General's Office in Florida. I had previously forwarded an affidavit but after several attempts to get some information on where the law suit is at I get no response.

Any input?

The Florida Ag won his suit in state court last I heard.Ted is no longer allowed to collect,but he might be shadow partners to a few others that are popping up using his same tactics to collect.

OK so does that mean anything for me, I did an affidavit against this company.
