Yes, DMS Marketing must have the legitimate reason of this debit in your account. Your bank will put this debit on dispute with the company and they are required to give you the clarification. If this transaction does not have any legitimate purpose, the money must be reverted back to your account. How much was the total debt amount for which you were being charged $90 every week?

Call the company Xpresscash (1-800-757-0122) and request a copy of your agreement. If they will not provide your originals, ask for a blank copy of the agreement. Then, read the fine print carefully to find out if they were acting within the confines of the contract and you can put together your next argument/dispute from there.

Hey Joey, How many 90 payments did you make? Did you overpay it sounds like it. What state are you from? You need to find out what the laws are in your state and go from there. Ouch! Stop payments are tricky, because usually it has to be for a certain amount. To keep them from getting more out of you..And if you don't want to change your bank account...Ask your bank to stop payment by name and code instead of amount.
