Payday loan Consolidation questions

Ask your consolidation company to contact the payday loan companies. They will arrange some payment options with your lenders and you will be offered easy monthly payments. You can also talk with your lenders and tell them about the accounts being closed. Explain your problems and assure regular payments if some arrangements can be done. Tell them about your hiring of the consolidation company who will further take care of the accounts. You must convince them that the account being closed was not done for any negative reasons. You are going through some hard financial problems and want to clear the debt through some possible arrangements. I hope they will be willing to work with you.

The company that called me when I joined said that nothing will be done till the begining of August. I am just worried for the most part. This is my first step and i have alot of questions but the consolidation company keeps telling me not to worry and that they will take care of it. Should I call my bank? Or leave them out of it? The consolidation company says when they get my 1st payment they will begin the process.

What debt consolidation company are you using. I am trying to work with someone on my payday loans as well.

i am with hess & kennedy, too. i haven't made the first payment yet, it is going to be in the middle of august.should i freeze my bank account from debit now?
i know that consolidation company is not going to be contacting with pdls until i actually make a payment in august...

When you registered in this website, what name of the company is shown after the sign up was complete. There is one mail also in your email addy you entered here. It will say the name of the company you will have the counseling with.

Well I changed account numbers with my bank but I don't know what will happen when the PDL people try to take money from my old account. That is the only part I am worried about.

Hi I have three out standing PDL's in oregon, and i just signed up for debt consoildation. I also have a consumer loan at Cash co. it's costing 189.13 per month and the intrest is thru the roof. I had to take out the loans to pay of cash co last mo and cover the rest of rent.

:cry: I'm at my wits end. As of friday my loans, rent, and cash co will be due. please help.
