I am not sure whether any consolidation company will include car loans in the program. This is a secured debt and most companies work on unsecured debts only. However, you can include your other unsecured debts in the program so that you save some money towards paying off the car loan.

some companies/banks that finance cars will modify your loan (reduce payments & interest, and even stretch the loan out further). i talked to nissan finance, and they said that they could do that for me if i needed to, as i have never missed a payment and never paid a late fee. each business differs though. you can also do an internet search for "auto loan modification" & find several companies that will deal with your bank for you, of course for a fee. by why pay a fee if your financer will work with you..
