I recieved a call from Paramount Financial

Susan don't send them a dime. Especially if you do not
remember having a loan with them. Global is also known as "Cashnet500."

How would they download info to your local court house?

I think they are bluffing you! Besides,when you signed
the "Contract" there was a provision for arbitration.

You need to fix up your mind before paying Paramount Financial. If you have to pay, make sure that it goes towards your genuine debt account. If you don't send them money now and ask for debt validation of the account, they must follow the federal laws before attempting collections. You have to understand your legal rights before dealing with the CAs. You must read the FDCPA and arm yourself.

The company must not violate the federal laws by presenting the details with biased information. You must be sure that the CA is collecting for a genuine account.

But What is this when you call there number they say if you have received a summons please contact a different number?

Keep trying until you hear from someone in the company. You need to know the number they are asking you to call. It's a pain to deal with company like this.

I to have received a call from this company. I have only received one call from them. I did call and leave a message stating that i must receive debt validation in the mail. Today is the 5th day and I am waiting to see if I get anything. I would like their address if anyone know it.

I wouldn't worry to much about that summons part. I think they like to intimidate people into paying. As far as I know, you can't go to prison for not paying a debt.

When I called the other number stated on the voice automated system It was a person stating who they were and leave a message. When I went to the website of global cash advance and cashnet 500 two companies that people stated are the same neither one says I have taken a loan with them. I did apply with one but never recieved the loan. If I contact this company (Paramount) can they give me the phone number to the original creditor?

Perhaps, they won't, but you can try it out. The phone numbers of the loan companies are posted somewhere here. You can search for them.
