Cash Call/American General Finance Loans

Good day folks,
I have roughly over 5000 in these cash loans. The interest is ridiculous as the interest for one of the loans is 96%. It seems like I can't afford to pay enough each month to pay down the principle. I also have around 6000 in credit card debt that I want to consolidate. My budget is so low and I really do need help. Any advise on the cash loans anybody?
