Credit Solutions and their tacky tactics

Just as a little FYI for anybody interested in doing business with credit solutions of america. It's a long story that I will try to sum up.
I signed up in May with a bit over ten grand in cc debt. Three accounts, one of which was Discover. Less than three weeks after I signed up, Discover had already turned my account over to collections (never having previously missed a payment, I'm still in awe at how quick Discover must have read the letter CS sends out and sold me out). Immediate lawsuit threats. CS tells me it's all smoke. Ok. Then I get a call at work. That freaks me out. CS tells me it's all smoke. Ok... Then, CS calls me and tells me to pay Discover's collectors in full, late fees, penalties, the works. Still collecting, of course, their fee for "settling" the debt for the full amount owed. I call them to ask what the HECK is going on, and am told that is my best option, as Discover had not settled any accounts with them since April. April was before I had signed up with my Discover account. So they knew that Discover wouldn't deal, but screwed me out of money anyway. I took this account out of their hands and into a lawyer's. To this day, the request for them to get the hell outta my discover account and stop charging me for it has not been honored. (Faxed in late June).
I dwelt on it a little while and decided it was in my best interest to have my lawyer handle all the creditors for me, take out a loan, and pay them off that way. We fired CS in the middle of last month. Today I checked my bank account, and they withdrew money from my account which overdrew it. I had a feeling they would, even though I wrote "you are no longer authorized to take money from my account," but I could not stop it because I did not know the exact amount they would take out (which my bank needed in order to stop payment ahead of time). So tomorrow I have to go fill out an affadavit to get my money and the overdraft fee back.
I'm sure they'll blow some crap about "processing time" when I have my lawyer give them a not so friendly call Monday, but, uhh, well, I read the service agreement quite thoroughly, and they are in the wrong, particularly as it took them about thirty seconds to write the contract, and five business days to put it into effect. Like I said, they still haven't removed Discover from my account (what, six weeks ago? seven?) and are still charging me for it. They were actually supposed to refund what they took from me since they had a "service guarantee" clause in the service agreement.
So take that for what it's worth. They're still making my life miserable and I did what was required of me in my contract to sever ties with them.

The activity done by Credit Solutions was unprofessional. They went against their terms and conditions after you hired them for the services. You are not supposed to make the individual payments when hired a consolidation company for the purpose.
Besides, the debit done by CS after the contract was cancelled is illegal. If they had to charge some fee, it should have been done before the cancellation. Ask your bank to block the payer ID of CS so that they don't debit shuffling the amounts. Keep in touch with your lawyer and get the money reverted from CS. They have to do this or else take them to the court.
