Thinking of using DebtXS whats your opinion

We are thinking of using DebtXS but are a little concerned after checking them out with BBB. They have had 113 complaints over the last 36 months this is what BBB had to say Quote:
Is this expected from a company like this or should I just stay away completly?

Complaints are regarding dissatisfaction with the company's service and misrepresentation of the results of the debt negotiation program. Specifically, customers complain that paying the company fee and following the debt negotiation program does not reduce debt, as stated by company representatives. As a result of the program, customers complain, they have an increase in debt, due to late fees or additional interest and negative credit reporting. The company resolves complaints by offering refunds or refering to the Client Services Agreement for explanation. Although the company resolves most of the complaints it has failed to correct the underlying reason for the complaints. |

DebtXS is dishonest and highley fraudulent
Debtxs is a dishonest, fraudulent company that should be shut down. I am suprised that the CEO has not been put in the Pen. No one should ever sign up with this company!!!! They will take your money and do absolutely nothing for you, except leave you worse off. Credit Card Banks do not deal with DXS, and most have strict policies forbidding doing so. However DXS will say otherwise. Do not believe these criminals.
