I am a new member and don't know where to start. I've read so much about T&C who helped a lot of people with their pdl consolidation. Can anyone give me their number or their website. Thanks so much

Congratulations dcashwell3. Hopefully same thing will happen to me soon, before I lost my sanity. These Pdl are driving me crazy. I still have 2 weeks before they hunt me down.

I'm in so much stress. It's not just my PDL that's bothering me. Since I'm in deep trouble I am unable to pay my other obligations too like my house rent and car payment. All my money are going to my pdl interest. I received 4 calls at work today from my car company threatening to pull out my car because I was 2 months late. Well, I already made a payment + the late fees but still the company wants the July payment as well. The guy threatened to send my accounts to collection and will keep calling me at work. I told them that I will lose my job if they do that cause personal calls are not allowed and our phone call are recorded. 2x today, they called a different extension and left all humiliating threats about my debts. Please please someone help me so that I can consolidate my loans and pay my other obligations too. I'm really desperate.

Hi joshnvince

I can relate myself with the feelings you are having. Call the loan company and say that sending the accounts to collections will not help them in recovering the money in full. You are trying your best in making the payments as you proven it in the past. Negotiate with them confidently. They will work with you after understanding your needs. Meanwhile, a counselor will be calling you soon to discuss on this matter.

I received an email from a person named Nicole Smith. Is she from this org. I am really worried and running out of time. Come next Friday, I don't have the money to pay even the interest on my loan becasue I have to pay my car payments, mortgage etc etc. IF I default, I'm worried that they would garnish my salary. I am still waiting for a call from my councilor.

Hi joshnvince

Wages cannot be garnished with court orders. Check your contract if there is a point of wage assignment. If this thing is mentioned, the loan company will try to deduct wages. Although, some companies use different means to deduct money from the bank account, but if you can revoke the wage assignment, it must stop any debits from your account.

Wage garnishment is not possible with court notice. If this is to happen, you will be served summons first and asked to show your presence in the court. The judge will ask for your explanation before deciding anything for you.

Inform your loan company that a consultant will be taking care of your debt accounts. Keep them updated from your part.
