Is anyone familiar with this company?

My husbands credit card has been sent to these
people and his card is in our settlement company.

I quickly notified and faxed our settlement company
a copy of the letter, however I have major fears
now. This Morgan and associate company stated,
they were trying to collect this debt in full and
they are located in MY state. I am wondering if
this particular acct will go to legal action or if
it is also just a scare tactic.

I really, hate to file bankruptcy, but if they
leave us no choice, I will have to do it.

My settlement company has really good credentials
on keeping lawsuits from occuring, so I hope they
are up on the matter and takes care of this. SO,
far I have near 1500.00 to settle with and 3
priority accts.

I'm just about to give up hope.

Linda, if your settlement company has begun negotiating on this credit card account, they need to tell the credit company that you are getting collection calls. I feel that your creditors have hired this agency for collections, they will call them and pull your file back so that you don't get these collection calls later.

Anthony,
What I am wondering is: if since the original creditor sent it to a collection law firm in MY state, if this means there is no hope and they are only going to sue me faster. I spoke with my mother and she said that she thought they sent it to my state because BOA is a very large firm and has offices nearly in every state. I don't know.
