debt settlement on payday loans

Please help me understand this clearly. Is this a separate account not discharged in bankruptcy?

Yes, I filed bankruptcy then had to turn to a few payday loans for help but the wife (now ex) went crazy and took out a dozen in my name so I'm drowning now.

Discuss the matter with the counselor. They will frame your payment options so that these loans are paid off at the earliest. A bankruptcy already filed will not be a hindrance in the settlement. But you must confirm it with the consultant.

We have Payday loans and credit cards loans, do you settle both of these? What are your fees? Do we send you so much a month and you deposit our money into an account or do we put money into a special savings account?
