The only one that has responded was Route 66 and it was by email demanding payment and not to stick my head in the sand and ignore them. I emailed them back and also attached the letter that I faxed and mailed to them, which has been delivered. I have paid them over $700 in interest fees and I am done.

Stick to your base and make them aware about your state laws. The charges should not be more than the rates fixed in your state. Stick with them until you get the PIF in writing.

Lol, Route 66 told you not to stick your head in the sand and ignore them? I know it's not funny, but that place kills me. Do a search on them in these forums and read up on them a bit- not only are they one of the most notorious groups for being difficult to deal with, they actually had some guy calling himself "Inside Man" who claimed to work for Route 66 putting up posts in the forums and saying that his company never does anything wrong. That man must have the mental IQ of a soap dish.
