faxed the cease and desist letter to Ellis Crosby

I've been reading the posts for a while now, and certainly appreciate everyone's contributions. I just faxed the cease and desist letter and am waiting to see if it helps. I, too, have been contacted by many of Ellis, Crosby staff and threatened with all kinds of horrible things, but they quit for a while. But, they've started up with a vengence yesterday, so that's why I faxed the C & D letter. What is the status of the legal action filed against them in Florida? I understand there was a hearing of some kind on the 12th. Has there been anything since?

I will contact the Florida AG's office to lodge a complaint, and have already done so with the Oregon AG's office.

Good afternoon "one of many". I am not for sure but I have been getting several calls from an E MAX company. Does anyone have any information about them. I am dreadfully tired of this. tsd3569
