Has anyone had any dealings with this payday loan company? Let me tell you what happened with them. I applied for a loan on a Thursday. They said they charged a $15.00 processing fee. The fee was immediately deducted from my checking account on Friday morning. After 3 days went by and I never heard from them, I sent an e-mail and they replied that my loan was denied because of one or more of 10 different reasons. None of the reasons were even true. So, this place is a scam - they get your $15.00 (nonrefundable of course) and you never get a loan. In fact, they could be the ones selling our information to Roadside USA.

Do payday loan companies check bad credit? It surprises me when 300cash.com did not lend you the money. They are trying to make small money from people.

Mar1, were you aware before applying that $15 will be taken from your checking account and before the loan is allotted? If you were not told about this in the beginning, dispute the debit with the help of your bank. They might be able to refund the money back.

No curly, payday loan companies are not supposed to run credit checks. I was aware of the fee which is not the issue. The issue was after they got the fee I had to send them e-mails to inquire about the loan they said I was going to get. They said I was definitely approved. They are nothing but liars and cheats. DO NOT USE 300CASH.com

Yes, I am also aware that payday loan companies do not run credit check. They want to deceive people by advancing the costliest money with interest charges. It is surprising why they had to reject your loan proposal when they approved you in the first place. My personal view is not to use a payday loan from any company.

Guest, have you filed your complaint against the company at the local law enforcement agency in your area. These companies need to be reported to the legal authorities so that others can know about such illegal happenings. This will also force the bureaus to take actions against the illegal business practices.

I applied to 300cash and they charged me the $15. When I sent an e-mail asking about the charge they said it was an application fee. I found this in clear print on their web site and I guess in my hurry to try to get some money, I overlooked the charge before I submitted my forms. Since I was denied, I went to another payday loan company and they charged me $89 for a processing fee so I had to borrow $300 instead of $200 just to pay for the fees. I wasn't happy but I was in need.

This was 3 months ago, since then I paid off the payday loan company and cleaned up my accounts. I reapplied to 300cash because they only charged the $15. I have been a customer ever since and have had sa few loans with them. The application fee was only once which is nice.

I don't like to use them but once and a while I need some help. Now that I have a membership, I can get cash right away.

I have used 300cash.com as my internet payday loan company and I don't have any complaints with them.

I have sent my e-mails to Jim, my Customer Service Representative and I always get a fast response. Just like Guest I have a membership too and have had several short term loans with them. Having a company I can go to when I need help is a blessing and I will not go anywhere else. I remember a loan I had with 300cash.com, and was behind on payments, Jim not only helped me with brining my loan back into good standing, but he offered me additional credit which was what I needed.

Before I found 300cash.com, I would have said all payday loan companies are the same, scammers!

Since I started using 300cash I have told some of my close friends and they have received loans too. My experience has been GREAT with 300cash and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trusting payday loan company.

300.cash.com and 200cash.com are a complete SCAM. The $19.00 application fee is clearly stated; I have no problem with that. But I applied for a loan over a week ago and have yet to hear from them. I've sent several emails and left several messages on their "phone number" (714) 839-1300. If my app is declined OK, but at least send me an email to let me know the status. I doubt I'll ever hear from them again.

300cash.com is most definitely ripping people off b/c why would you charge $15.00 just for applying. We are using our computers & none of the rest of the cash advances centers charge a fee for only applying. These people not only charged $15.00 & I never recieved the money, but is still taking out an interest fee as if I got the loan in the first place. I have filed these scammers with an attorney for internet fraud Mike Beebee has gotten a lot of reports on these tricks. Do not use these people!!!!!!

I have been a customer with 300cash.com for some time now and have not run into any issues with them. I have been a member for almost a year and they have Helped me Tons.

When I talked with Jim, my customer service representative, he told me that even though they do get a few people who just love to complain. Which makes a lot of sense to me, I work with the public and there are a lot of obnoxious people that like to complain.

I have used other payday loan companies in the past but they were expensive. They rarely responded to my calls and I always talked to someone different every time I called.

300cash is cheaper. 300cash has helped me when others payday loan places would not. I have my own representative who calls me back quickly if I don't talk to him directly. I can get funds deposited in my account the next day. I am glad I found these guys, they are fast and convenient and have continued to help me with my finances. I love them.

Funny thing is, I never completed the application. As soon as I saw the $15.00 fee I said forget it. But sure enough I get a $15.00 charge.

When I sent an e-mail inquiring about the fee fee I received this:

Quote:

Even though our system is automated; if we would have received notice the
same day you wanted to cancel your application we could have prevented the
debit of the application fee from occurring. We didn't receive any such
notice. You provided authorization of the debit when you submitted your
application, which is in clear sight right above the submit button. Please
convince yourself of this notice by going to the web site and reading the
notice. PLEASE don't click on the submit button because the automated system
will debit another application fee from your account. If we receive a return
from your bank on the application fee; we will add a NSF fee of $25 to your
balance.

I have been with 300cash for a year. They told me I was one of their best customers and they have increased my line of credit. It pays to keep your account in good standing.

Perfect timing on the additional credit (whew!!!); I just ran into some car trouble and need a rental while they fixed my car. Happy with cash in hand !!

God Bless 300cash! I am so GLAD I found this payday loan company, they have helped me with money when I needed it and also helped me with managing my money for the future.

I recommend 300cash.com for anyone who is looking for a Honest, Reliable and Helpful Payday Loan or Cash Advance Company.

I use to be like Barb1, which is how we meet. In desperate need of cash and no credit I couldn't get a loan. If I wasn't turned down, I had to pay tons of money in finance charges. I have used several payday loan places, around town and over the internet, most are nasty money grubbing people.

Barb1 told me of 300cash a few months ago and initially I didn't believe her. A payday loan company over the internet that is GOOD? So in my desperate need, I tried to get a loan.... Thank GOD Barb1 referred me to Jim, her customer service representative. I got the loan.

I have found MY PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY - 300cash.com. They loaned me money, are friendly, and they respond quickly to my concerns and questions. Barb1 is right, if you know someone who has the inside scoop on a good company; take advantage of it.

It pays having good friends like Barb1 who understand the hardship of finding a good payday loan company. With her help and now Jims at 300cash.com, I have several good friends that have my best interest at heart.

Daveb....the '714 area code is from Southern CA ( San Diego County or near there). When I lived there ( almost 20 years ago). Some parts of San Diego County changed area codes. I mean you can live 20 minutes away from each other, and have different area codes!! LOL That's about as 'exact' as I can get ya. Hope this helps.

I have been with 300cash.com for several months and they have helped me when i need them most.

My representative is Terri and she is professional, helpful and always helps me - even when my payment for the Payday Loan is going to be late. We have developed a personal relationship.

300cash.com is the best Payday Loan place I have used. I am a Member and can use thier services anytime I need a little cash immediatley.

For the people who are not using 300cash.com, good luck - you will need it.

I am a Member of 300cash.com too. They are the best Payday Loan company I have ever used.

I am trying to think of an instance where I could complain, but can't think of one.

My 300cash Representative is Jim, who i believe he is a big wig in the organization, because of the way he has helped me in the past. Jim is always quick with great service and he is professional too.

I am really glad I found 300cash.com and I would not use another Cash Advance place

They are scammers. they charged me 44.00 twice. When I call them to stop them from going in my account they hang up! If they have your account info close it immediately. I wish I would have the first time.

Pls do your research, if you must use pdl companies, don't pay an upfront fee, the decision should be made within a few minutes. Talk to a rep on the phone to make sure there are no cloudy issues. Having said that, I got a pdl loan from a company for $300 with $59 fee since it was my first pdl ever, to be paid in full in 6 days when I got paid. total $359 on payday. The rep told me that the amount would be taken in full on payday and I had the option to call them up to 1 day prior to tell them just to take the interest this payday and have the fees compounded to the following pay. I didn't call knowing I had the money waiting in my account and didn't need the extra time. When I checked my account during the day on payday, I noticed that only $59 was taken, I immediately called. They had a nerve to tellme that my agreement was they were to only take out the interest and not the principal as well. I had printed my agreement online when I initially applied, prior to a rep calling me. I read them my agreement and they stated that it was a "mistake" on their part and they would take the $300 before the end of the day, and they did. after the rep set that up I asked what could have happened and she said so many people opt for the interest only payment that it must have been overlooked. sounds like a bunch of b.s. to me. Thanks to this encounter, I never took out another pdl. I wish this encounter would have saved me from the cc problems I have, but that's another story for a different forum.

Yes, they are scam artist. I applied for a loan and never got it. But the managed to get $69 dollars of my money. They told me that there would be $19 application fee, but the debit my account for $25. Then two weeks later, they debit my account for another $44. These people can not keep doing this and getting away with it. I am in the process of seeking legal actions against the company. They will pay for ripping people off. If anyone has any help info in the form of an address or phone for this company, please post it.
