Hey i was wondering if any one out there knew if there was a way to get some help on paying off cash advance loans. i am behind on alot of my payments and need to get these things settled out or something. Please let me know any of your ideas, i am desperate!

A trained consultant will be calling you up shortly and offer a debt management program to you. Have all your account details in place and discuss it with the consultant. He will offer you the repayment options and contact your lenders. Arrangements will be made for you so that you can come out of the payday loan mess.

We all are going through similar problems one way or the other. Keep yourself in touch with us and everyone will be glad to help you out.

Amanda, if the consultant places the call and you are not there, he will leave a message behind. You can call them back at your convenience. Did you see the company that was referred to you after signing up in this website?

Don't feel sad! We all are humans and we all go through hard times. Guess, that's called life! :)

Is there any way to find out if a payday loan company is not licensed in my state? If they aren't do I have any recourse as far as reducing or eliminating the debt?

I am so glad to see that we are standing up for ourselves. I am working with t&c and feel soooo much better about my whole situation, including my PDLs.

The Department of Financial Institutions is a state agency that licenses the payday loan companies. You can check for a PDL company with them and know about their license. Besides you can ask the PDL company directly about their license as it a business info. It must be given to you in writing before entering into any contract.

sherri, we can help you with a little more information. Could you please tell us what state you reside in, list the pay day loans that you have, distinguish between if they are store front or internet, how much you borrowed (principle amount only) and what you have paid back so far (total-do not break it down into fees). Please post this information and we can help! :D
