Recd Ltr from QuikPayday.

I was interested in knowing if when other people have recd ltrs from Quik do they state in the ltr they will be sending a refund, or did they just state account pd in full & then sent a refund. Sorry, probably just wishful thinking.......

But if you truly feel up to it, you can fight them for it!! I haven't ever dealt with them, so I'm not sure on your second question. I'm sure there are many here that have though, and they will be around to chime in, I'm sure!

You have a letter from Quickpayday that the account has been marked as paid in full. Keep it in your file of records. You might need it later.
Now, you must send a letter for an itemized statement and pursue for the refund. Wait for the company to reply back. If they deny and change your account putting some debt on to it, you have the paid in full statement. Have everything in writing for records.
