Pennsylvania Prohibits PDL's??

I wonder if I type up a letter to my payday lenders stating this and the fact that is was legal for them to offer me one, I will "get away" with paying them?
What do you guys think?

The honorable thing to do is pay back the principle you took out. If you took out a loan, you need to pay it back. If you type up a letter, the chances are you may get a refund back from paying those excessive interest fees or they may choose to ignore your letter. Would not hurt to try.

T and C deals with payday lenders and they have been very helpful. My loans will go into default on the 25th since I closed the account last week.
