Anyone know this number

I got a call while I was at lunch from a 1-913-002-1403. It is a Kansas number. When I tried to call it it says it was disconnected or no longer in service? How can this be? Any help would be appreciated.

It happens with me too. I just get a call in the morning and when I try to call back the number, it gives me a dead tone as if the number has been permanently disconnected. But to my surprise, when I try the number after some days, I find the number working. Maybe it's some computer generated number.
