I just had to share that back on May 5th I filed a complaint to the FTC and to the BBB of Mountain States against a phone number 1-866-201-4603 who harrassed me as well as you all and when I did that they had 16 complaints then! Today I checked the site for another company and now Jacobi and Mayors has 20 complaints as of todays date! I do have to say it was a good feeling that so many people are fighting back and not taking CA's crap!

Yes! It all started with the company called Ellis Crosby and their fake names of doing business. I heard Ted Crosby had to file for bankruptcy after they came under the legal actions by the Florida Attorney General.
Ellis Crosby has many AKA names. Remember to use your legal rights when you get a call from the CA. They all are bound to follow the fdcpa laws and practice legal collections. If they don't comply, report them to the FTC, BBB as well as the state attorney general.
