tell the CA and/or JDB you are filing for bankruptcy?

If a CA or JDB informs you of their intent to sue, can you tell them you are filing for bankruptcy and stall their lawsuit? And then...can youchange your mind about filing for bankruptcy?

If you tell the CA/JDB that you are filing for Bankruptcy, be prepared to send over documentation proving that you are doing/have done so. They will not stop collection efforts until you provide the proper documentation to them.
