I've spent the last 30 minutes in extreme frustrating in an attempt to login to this site...I've reset my password, I've entered my email and password numerous times and still getting the log in page..blank, this is not the first time this has happened.
I'd like to cash in my points please, how do I do this?

You may want to try the same solution. Clear the cookies and then try logging back.
I am sorry to hear that you facing this problem erzeke. I need to be able to replicate the problem here to be able to debug it and solve it.
I am able to log in and post messages. I will keep looking and fix the problem as soon as I find it. Also the person who handles the debtcc points payment will be at work on monday morning. I will make sure that the points payment is done first thing monday morning.
