Along with making your complaint, make sure you have the documentation to back it up. Make sure to keep notes of every person you talk to with Interim, with dates and times.
Also, have you tried sending out a cease and desist letter, asking them to stop calling you. You have to first follow the ground rules, before a complaint can be made. Asking them to stop callng you over the phone cannot constituted, however sending a C&D letter in will show that you mean business.

Mikey is correct on this one. If you have their address, send the cease and desist letter via certified mail with return receipt requested. This way you will have proof that they received the letter if they continue to call. Then you can file the proper complaints against the company.
