Now that I think about it--it took then a couple days to call since I signed up on the weekend.

I currently have 8 payday loans and I am paying $567.50 in interest. I can't do this any longer. It is messing up my life and it is making it very hard to take care of my family. I am a single mom. I promise that if I am able to get out of this mess I will never apply for another loan every again. I have learned my lesson. Does any one have the contact information to a the consolidation companies that work with payday loan.

Should I notify the companies before I consolidate and close my account.

I have so many loans..Im not sure where all of them are from. I gave up for ahwile cause I didnt know there wsa anything I could do about it. I need to get my bank statement and make a list of the companies. Its awful that Ive let myself get in this mess. This website is a Godsend..I didnt even know it existed! Well, I can tell you that Rio Resources and United Cash Loans are affliated. United Cash loans no longer receives mail at the Carson City, Nevada address. Their new address is in Miami, OK. They are being investigated in some states. They are not licensed to lend and they will try and intimidate you. Do not let them scare you. Be firm with them and let them know you know your rights and the laws of your state regarding payday loans. Please do a search in the forums to find information about the pdls that you have. You will find the posts helpful and very interesting.

I am not signed in today - but I am still waiting for my money from my credit union from a dispute with Global Payday - it will be 90 days July 6th - I read somewhere that there is some banking laws that maybe I can push their way so maybe I can get my money back before then - it is $670.00 - it would come in handy - and I also sent a letter to them - watch out for Cashnet - they are sneaky - they have several names
