Advise them of the situation and that you want to address it , see what and if they are at all willing to work with you to get things straightened out. This may take a while, and it won't be easy. Registered as a member of the community here you will receive a call usually in a day or two from a counselor that will go over your bills with you and try to help you find a solution and offer you a program to start getting out of your problems.
