anyone got any ideas on where i can find more information about it? maybe they are different than a pdl. i dont know but i need money and i need help asap.

This is something I've heard a lot about lately. Please..Don't do it. Look at every option you have before getting this loan. Yes, they're friendlier than payday loans, but still very very ugly..And expensive. I understand the situation you're in, and I know you feel up against it, but another loan probably would only make things worse.

Oh gosh, you sound just like me 6 months ago. Ok first of all..relax. remember, there are worse things in life than being in debt. Next, prioritize...Sounds like the pdls are the least of your worries..Make sure utilities and such are paid first. Then..Call your loan people. Look, people are late all the time on payments. If you're up front and honest with the creditors, they'll be more willing to help you.
Please don't panic..that only clouds your judgement and makes things look worse than they really are. Good luck, and we're here for you.

If you bury your head in the sand you won't be able to help yourself..Maybe you should consider talking to your family about this. I know how difficult that is, beleive me, and you might say you can't, but you can. telling them will take some of the weight off of you, and they can help. Even if they're angry with you they'll support you. Everyone makes mistakes, big ones, and sometimes people will surprise you.
Getting in financial trouble sucks. Bad. I know that, and so does everyone else on this board. But things are NEVER as bad as you think they are. You do have options, you just have to find them. I don't know what your debts are, but have you considered a consolidation program? That could help. Just remember, any kind of a short term bad credit loan is going to have sky-high interest rates, this can only make things worse.

ID crisis--

What companies do you have PDL's through right now? Are they online companies? Chances are we have dealt with them and can let you know the best way to handle each one. There is a core group of us here that have A LOT of experience in this matter.

Let's find a solution better than getting into more debt.

Also the PDL's aren't likely going to contact your references immediately. If you deal with them quickly and correctly you can handle this on your own, I promise.

Oh, and cheer up! :) It will get better.

Ok all of those are familiar to us.

What you need to do is go to your bank first thing tomorrow and close that account, and open a new one. That will keep them from debiting your account. Then you need to start calling each of them. Do you have phone numbers for them? If not, I'll help you locate them.

Ok then at least you don't have to change direct deposit info.

My advice would be to open a new account, and deposit your checks in the new account. Don't give the account information to ANYONE. Preferably at a new bank. You'll want to pay your NSF fees with your current bank off as soon as possible.

Have you written down how much you've paid to each lender? Which state do you live in? (I know you've prob. told me, but I have the worst memory ever) We need to find out what your state allows as far as interest/fees on PDL's and we'll use that to make arrangements with each lender.

This is the hardest part, and I promise after this it gets better.
