This company is almost invisible. Query them on Google and they show up, but you cannot reach a valid website. I overpaid them due to an error, and they refuse to give me my money back UNLESS I provide them with my complete bank statement. Having been a victim of identity theft already - I will not just hand over my bank information to anyone. They demanded the whole statement. How ridiculous and now I'm out another $55.00

Ask your financial institution to get involved. Express your hesitation since you've already been a victom of identity theft. They will do their own checking, and if presented with little or no data, they'll automatically reverse the charge, and you should have your money back into your account.
