Hi there! I'm up to my neck in payday loans. I cannot find a consolidation company that will help. Do you help consolidate payday loans? Thanks so much for your time!

Yeah, I got myself in the payday loan circle. I am in a rut with 5 different companies owing a total of close to $2500 I've signed up for two different consolidation companies only to be rejected. So, I was wondering if this one consolidates payday loans because I'm tired of hearing "no"

thanks for your help!!!!!!! :-)

Sher, you will hear from one of the consultants assigned for a free counseling. He will let you know possible option in dealing with payday loans. Have you talked with your lenders and arranged any payment plans? You can give a try. Luckily, you might get some benefits from them about which you never thought. We all have similar problems here and are trying to come out of this mess. You can relate yourself with anyone of us and learn from our experiences. You will pick some good ideas from our members. Talk to your lenders and see what they have to offer

Lenders can take such actions if they have a legitimate deal. But before anything like this happens, check out the garnishment laws in your state. The laws are different in each state.

Ask the lenders to give you the latest statement of your loan accounts. Check whether the interests and fees are within the permissible lines as per your state laws. Tell them that you are willing to pay off the accounts. Propose a payment plan and get the accounts paid off.

I signed up with this site yesterday and I was so stressed out about my PDL's that I have. $700 a month in just fees. I got a call a few hours after signing up with this site and they said they can defiantly help with my PDL's. I am going to be paying $289 a month now instead of $700 and the balances will be going down. I was very surprised that I received a phone call so soon.

Hi - I am in WAY over my head in payday loans and it has gotten way out of control. I got with my bank's credit counselor and they're going to help me out. I have one coming out though and I don't know who it's for. It just says "Electronic Payment". Does anyone else deal with a company that says that on their statement? I've been paying the $60 every two weeks for so long and I can't figure out who it is to try and get some more info. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks!!

Shouldn't the bank be able to trace it to the name of the creditor. If you block the debits from the accounts or close your account I'm sure the creditor the payment belongs to will be contacting you. Once you find out who it is, you should check the PDL laws in your state. I've read several posts on here that people have gotten refunds because they've paid so much into the payday loans.
