T&C guess what everyone, you gotta read this

I just got off the phone with Jessica from T&C. I pulled the rest of my payday loans out of the program since I requested a refund. Jessica helped me with this two weeks ago as well. She said, I have been hearing this so much, how do you find out these laws. I explained that I found a website explaining usury laws and payday laws for each state. She requested a copy of it. I explained I would send it to her via email (if you need T&C's generic email, I have it now). But I also told her if she is going to use this in anyway, she needs to make sure that the principal of the loan has been paid. So there ya go, we are getting the help out there to the people that need it!


I am so glad that I stumbled on this site yesterday. I am turning my debts over to CCS and now I realize some of these PDL's I have already paid way more than the principal. A couple of the companies rolled over 4 times charging interest of $90.00 each time, which I think in Denver probably is illegal and given the fact it was only a $300.00 loan, I have more than paid them back.
