Good day all,
Got an unknown call, just before I was ready to crawl in bed for the "night". My night anyway.

Actually left a message, which is rare! No longer have CallerID, as rates were gonna make a rather large jump.
Sounded like caller said this WAS a sales call and left the following number:

1-800-580-7611

Do not know anything else.
Thought I recall the number, from a situation in the past, but I am unsure right now!

If anyone knows the number, business, address etc.......
I'd greatly appreciate any information! Can get a CMRRR sent out, as necessary.

Just sent out 2 more letter again Thursday. One to a so called Lawyer in Racine, WI. About a debt that was NEVER verified by CA thatsent notice. I sent CM-RRR to company, they send to lawyer??
Is there anything that can be done in a situation like this?? Taking action on an UNvalidated account?

The other to an office in Denver. Sent a CM-RRR to them, they sent back photo copies of stuff, but did NOT bother to include any other requested information. More on this, if anyone cares for more detailed background info.

As always, any/all information GREATLY appreciated!!

I also didn't find this number listed anywhere. Call them and see what they are looking for.

In response to the other query, you sent a debt validation letter to the company that didn't have your account. As a result, they have passed it to another company. This will go on within the companies as long as someone contacts you with correct information. Ensure that nothing is reported in your credit file relating to this matter. No company is allowed to enter information without proper details. If they hit your file without a legitimate purpose, you have the legal rights to dispute with the CRA and get the item removed from your file.

Dropped CallerID a couple months ago. Not gonna pay the increased price they want! Especially for a service that does NOT show the name(s) of the caller.

Already dealt with FMS, as I sent them a DV letter back in Feb, also stating theywere to STOP calling me, and that any contact was to be made by USMail ONLY!

Looks like I'll have to warn them about the calls.

This number is calling 4 to 5 times a day, on my Internet phone. The Internet phone has the ability to block phone numbers but this phone number is screwing with the call logs... I can see the last 10 incoming, and 10 outgoing phone numbers but with this caller they are always the last 9 numbers that have called. It is a recording with something FMS and message is in a language I do not understand...

This is a collection company, usually used for bad checks. My son has some checks with them that were written to Wal-Mart.

You can't resolve anything with them over the phone. The are rude, combative, and just plain Glute holes. Turn them in to every law Enforcement Agency you can think of. Turn them in to your State Attorney and your Tel co Security Dept.

A bogus self-proclaimed university called Harris Real Estate University uses this company to collect on their students. This university fools students into checking a box that apperantly is an agreement for one year of tuition regardless. When signing up, they direct you to one site that reads 100% Money Back Guarentee but the fine print which is no where on the credit card form, states that you must attend every call, take notes of every call, documenting the time and date, plus you must complete all the redundant and time-wasting excercises, in order to qualify for the 100% MBG. All they really tell you to do is to lie and be unethical. They tell you to use made up titles that bend the truth. The moment they advised this, I stopped listening to these 2 kid scammers. Call your credit card company and inform them of this scam.

I have done this several times explaining that the person that they are looking for does not work there. They always promise to take the number off the list and keep calling back. This has been going on nearly everyday now for the past 4 years.
