Pay your credit cards first! The PDLs can wait. They can not sue you, have you arrested, or charge you with fraud.

However, call the PDLs and make other arrangements and they will be more likely to work with you.

I agree with Jessi, pay the credit cards first. Call the pdls and explain your situation to them.

I will also like to pay off the credit cards first. If possible, use a portion towards the payday loans so that the lenders are assured of your commitment. It matters if you send them money along with your proposal rather than making the proposal alone. Which companies are you dealing with?

do the payday loans really work with you if you tell them you cant pay them right away, don't they just add more to the fees you already owe plus an nsf fee or something.

Some lenders are pretty easier to deal with. You have to explain the problems for not able to pay them right now. They will understand the situation and sense your responsibility. If your negotiation is sound enough, they won't attach financial charges in your account. You have to talk and convince them giving out your best.

I would actually pay the payday loans first because they are such high interest charges. But that is just my opinion.
PD loans do go on your credit too unfortunately.
