Ok so am I an idiot Are they saying the max they can charge is is 10 per $100 for finance but they can charge 309% on interest?
Im not really good with numbers here so be nice so if I took a $300 payday loan and they have taken $180 in fees so far since they keep renewing it?

I thought you needed a license above all else to be able to lend in that state. If someone could please verify this as well.
A license is a must for a business before lending in your state.
A license is a must for a business before lending in your state. The licensing authority of your state or the Dept. of Finance can give you the complete information about the companies in your state. Are you looking for the address of ameriloan? Hope this one works for you.
