Nah, Bank Of America trying to sell you a cardholder plan. No worries.

We just got a call (December 11, 2006) claiming to be from Bank of America. They started asking details (date of birth, occupation, etc). When we asked whether they could verify that they were actually Bank of America, they were unable to provide any information (last digits of account number, previous address) so we hung up.

Caller ID gives us 888 668 6938 but that can be spoofed

I just called the # and it said "thank you for calling the debt protection plan."
