Hey everyone,

I have been getting these spam emails in my regular email that are ads for Payday Loans that "only charge $10 per $100 loaned."

Now, while this may seem like a "good deal" and "legal" in some states, DON'T FALL FOR IT!!

I know in Texas, that is a legal amount to charge per $100 for short term loans, but it's the cycle that we must learn to stay away from.

So, remember, even if the loan terms are within legal limits, these types of short-term loans are bad news for those of us who are so desperate we'll take anything.

JUST A WARNING!! Good luck, and STAY AWAY FROM ALL PAYDAY LOANS!! :)

Thanks for the awareness, light. These loan sharks take the advantage of people in need. Never go for these loans unless you are sure to pay them back within the next payday. Remember, these loans are not the easiest solutions of our problems. They are the most expensive cash even if it is charged within the legal norms. I have seen people realizing their mistakes and learning from it. I think we will never repeat the same again.

I get all kinds of emails for payday loans and even though I am in a serious financial crunch right now, I immediatly delete them after removing myself from the mailing list. The ones that say EXISTING LOANS OKAY, NSF'S OKAY, CHARGE OFF'S OKAY are the ones that really look appealing DON'T DO IT, suffer through the crunch. I was embarrassed but I just asked my mother for some money to tied me over till next payday.
