Do all PDL's work with T & C just wondering what will happen if they dont?

I have 4 out there

MYCASHNOW

ameriloan

GFI also know as global finance

Cash direct

Thanks

MYCASHNOW was a pain to work with, they refused to accept any payment arrangements from my credit counselor. I went back and forth with them for a month straight and they still wouldn't accept. Finally I just said forget it and ignored them for awhile. Then I get a call from their collection agency and they wouldn't accept payment arrangements either and I was so fed up by then I just wanted to get them out of my hair. I finally got them to agree on splitting my balance over two months and I paid them off in two payments. I believe they even knocked off a couple of fees because they were probably tired of dealing with me as well..

I currently have ameriloan in my first conolidation program and I didn't have any problems with them or rejections.

The payday loan companies will accept your proposals from the consultant if they want to get their money back. They may sound hard in the beginning but at the end they will work with you. If they delay, the debt accounts will run out of the SOL period. In that case, they cannot get anything from legally.

These are very good links to find out the business license of a company in your state. Go through them and see if it helps. Besides, you can also get in touch with the attorney general of your state for licensing info about a company.
